Description

Product Description

RDC7 series AC contactors are mainly used to connect and disconnect circuits in power systems with AC 50Hz (60Hz), rated working voltage up to 690V, rated working current up to 800A, and can be used with RDR7 or other equivalents A combination of thermal overload relays or electronic protection devices to protect circuits that may be overloaded during operation.

Technical Features

  • Contactors can be equipped with functional modules such as top-mounted or side-mounted auxiliary contacts, mechanical and electrical interlocks as needed.

  • Complete matching accessories, with upper and lower double-hole wiring design and upper and lower end power line design, improving installation and wiring efficiency.

  • The coils of medium and large current contactors adopt energy-saving and noise-reducing coils with electronic intelligent control and feedback series, which can eliminate vibration and noise during operation. At the same time, they significantly reduce the temperature rise of AC contactor coils, extend service life, have significant energy-saving effects, reduce circuit losses, and save energy.

  • The humanized design of the terminal protective cover and the coil power supply wiring screw prevents the wiring screws from being exposed, with the advantages of preventing electric shock and increasing safety.

Application Scope

The RDC7 series AC contactors are mainly used to connect and disconnect circuits in power systems with an AC frequency of 50Hz (or 60Hz), a rated operating voltage up to 690V, and a rated operating current up to 800A. They can be combined with RDR7 or other appropriate thermal overload relays or electronic protection devices to protect circuits that may be overloaded during operation.

Installation Environment

  • Pollution degree: Class 3;

  • The ambient air temperature shall not be higher than +40°C or lower than -5°C, and the average value within 24 hours shall not exceed +35°C;

  • The relative humidity of the atmosphere shall not exceed 50% when the ambient maximum temperature is +40°C, and higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, such as 90% at 20°C. Protective measures shall be taken for condensation occasionally caused by temperature changes.

  • The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m;
